Requirements for Host Clubs

  1. Host clubs must be a member of the AHA in good standing for 2010 and must be UKC or AKC chartered
  2. Clubs must report qualifying hounds and owners to the AHA before December 1st, 2010
  3. Clubs must use one of their own UKC or AKC dates
  4. The AHA does not receive any of the entry fee money or proceeds from the hunt or show.  It is all kept by the host club

What is in it for your club and why?

The AHA hopes that this event will help clubs get a larger draw to their hunts, create a reason for people to come to the Carolinas and participate, grow the involvement of clubs and their members with the AHA, and create an interest in our sport.  The host club stands to gain financially because all proceeds stay with the club.  All that goes to the AHA is the club membership of $125.00
